摘要
介绍了采用PN结温度传感器进行温度测量的原理,在此基础上给出了PN结的信号调理电路,分析了各部分电路的特性,给出了由STC89系列单片机组成的测温电路系统及其程序流程,并指出了减小测量误差的方法。
PN junction temperature sensor is used widely in many fields. This article introduces the theory of monitoring temperature by PN junction temperature sensor, on the base of this, the signal processing circuit for PN junction is described and the characteristics of this circuit is analysed in detail. At the end of this article, a system of monitoring temperature circuit of the single chip processor of STC89 is given as well as the program flow chart, and the method of how to reduce the error of the measurement.
