宽带变容管调谐电路线性化处理的一种方法

A method of Linearization for Varactor Wide-tuning circuit

本文提出了一种计算机控制的变容管宽带电调谐电路线性化处理的方法。它的原理是,通过简单的交换可以从非线性调谐特性数据得到线性化所需要的补偿特性数据,然后利用成功失败搜索DFP优化算法,用一个多项式对它拟合。目标函数是根据加权最小二乘法建立的。所得到的多项式系数可放在计算机ROM中,以实现线性化的频率控制。

In this paper, a method of tinearization for varactor wide-tuning circuit with computer control is presented .It is based on the principle that the compensating characteristic data for tinearization can be got from ones of nontinearing luning charactevistic through simpte transform. Then it is filed with a polynomial using successfaiture search and DFP optimisation algorithm .The object function is established according to the weighted teast square method. The polynomial coefficients obtained can be put in ROM of com puter so as to reatize tinearizing frequency controt.
