Constructing Modern Outpatient Building, Providing Medical Services for Soldiers and Residents Both in Peacetime and Wartime

为了更好地适应医疗市场的需求、提高军事斗争准备能力,本院新建了外观秀美、布局合理、功能齐全、高智能化、高节能性的战时急救中心暨门诊大楼。大楼顶层设有停机坪等配套空运与急救系统,可快速高效地进行战地伤病员的转进与后送。设立军人诊区,实行军地分诊切实落实为部队服务;再造就医流程,创新程序,简化环节,实行“一站式”就医新模式;引进配备国际先进的全实验室自动化系统(TLA)和全自动药品单剂量分包机;物业管理社会化专业化。管理规范、服务周到,体现了“以人为本”的服务理念。门急诊功能得到极大的加强与扩展,提高了门诊医疗质量、管理水平与效率;是集平战、军地保障功能于一体,科学合理设计的现代化智能化综合门诊医疗大楼。

The new outpatient building with beautiful surrounding, reasonable arrangement, complete function, intelligentize and economy equipment has been built. On the top of it there is a heliport and some other first aid equipments, which will be helpful to improve the efficiency of first aids. In it we separated one area to provide medical service for soldiers. At the same time, we rebuilt humanized outpatient process with the principle of ＂one step getting all service＂ to offer quick, easy and comfortable service to outpatients. Pharmacy and clinical laboratory were well equipped with TLA and automatic tablet packing machines, management of real property became more and more socialization and specialization. With all these efforts, medical quality and management efficiency had been enhanced, which can help us to provide more humanity and satisfactory outpatient service.
