医学教育在于理论与经验并重,而由于伦理道德的要求和患者维权意识的增强,临床实践教学资源越发短缺。国内外建立起医学仿真模拟教育的临床技能中心来缓解此矛盾。本文对其建设意义和功能定位进行了探讨,认为:临床技能中心是医学教育发展的必然途径,鉴于其成功经验和良好效果,是教学培训工作发展的客观需要;力争把临床技能中心建设成为一流的医学教育培训基地,专业的执业人员考核基地,出色的课题设计、课程开发基地。

Medical education should pay equal attention to theories and experiences. With the improvement of moral demands and the consciousness of vindicating rights, the resources of clinic practice become shorter and shorter. Wherever in the domestic or international, people alleviate the problem by establishing clinic skill center. The article discusses the constructing signification and function orientation of the center and proposes that setting up clinic skill center is the trend of development of medical education, so we should enhance the construction of clinic skill center and exploit its function to be a wonderful education base.
