摘要
技术创新是现代企业价值创造的关键资源。文章在剖析企业价值创造系统中技术创新投入产出的基础上,对其进行对比分析,揭示了技术创新产出与其投入之间的多倍放大关系。通过多阶段的员工流动内生化下两企业竞争博弈模型,分析了影响上述倍数关系发挥的因素,认为对关键员工的激励与约束是企业实行基于技术创新价值管理的核心。
Now technology innovation have took a great role in the value creation of corporations. In this paper the author made full analysis on input and output of technology innovation in the value creation system of corporations and in this base made contrast study for the clear knowledge of the input and output of technology innovation in form of value. Furthermore the author also talks about the factors which determine and influence this phenomenon mentioned above by gambling model between two rival corporations under the hypothesis that employee flowing is a variable decided by internal factor.
