高校辅导员论谈制度就是由高校学生工作职能部门(一般为学生处)定期召集辅导员就学生工作的典型问题、典型经验、工作心得、理论学习、实践创新、辅导员先进事迹等方面的内容作平等交流;通过提炼典型问题,分享典型经验,共悟工作心得,互启理论学习,最终实现辅导员综合素质快速提升的目的。辅导员论谈制度是新时期加强辅导员队伍建设,低成本而持续、稳定提高辅导员综合素质的有效途径。

The conference system for all the assistants for political and ideological work is a platform under the organization of students affairs office, where they can exchange opinions and share the experiences on theoretical studies,innovation and tipical issues in practical work and model events,for the purpose of spreading the special experiences,promoting the further studies and enhancing their all-round qualities. The establishment of the system will be an efficient measure to improve the capabilities of the advisers in such a new era.
