心肌损害与糖尿病相互关系的探讨 被引量:5

摘要 本文探讨糖尿病对心肌损害的有无及其影响机制。采用RIA法测定糖尿病患者血清Mb的含量,结果疾病组:69.8±48.4ng/ml,正常对照组:28.1±18.7ng/ml,呈显著性差异(p〈0.05)。糖尿病患者的心肌损害可能由于心肌代谢底物浓度的改变,心肌代谢紊乱、点状坏死、微血管病变、自主神经病变等原因引起。 To determine the relationship between the myocardial damage and diabetes mellitus, the levels of serum myoglobin were measured by RIA. Mean value in patients was 69.8±48.4ng/ml control 28.1±18.7ng/ml ( p<0.05. difference significant).Myocardial injury inspatients with diabetes mellitus could be resulted from: the alteration of substrate concentrarion, disturbance in myocardium metabolism,myocardial spotty necrosis, diabetic microangiopathies, autonomous neuropathies etc.
