摘要
目前,战略人力资源管理虽日益重要,我国煤矿企业的现状却不容乐观。本文从战略人力资源的角度对我国煤矿企业的安全生产与员工素质的匹配问题作了具体的分析。首先阐明我国煤矿企业的战略人力资源管理总体现状,然后对煤炭企业的安全生产和员工素质匹配进行分析,阐述其存在的问题,并在此基础上提出相应的对策。
Nowadays, strategic human resource management is becoming very important, while our coal mine enterprises' situation is not good. This paper analyzes the match of our coal mine enterprises' safe production and the qualification of the employees from strategic human resource management. First, it analyzes the whole coal mine enterprises' situation, and then the paper analyzes the fit of our coal mine enterprises' safe production and the qualification of their employees, and then comes to the questions and conclusions about this problem.
