甲状腺肿瘤术后RIA与提高治愈率的关系探讨

POSTOPERATIVE THYROID FUNCTION RIA AND RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS OF DIAGNOSTIC ACCURACY

本文对40例曾行甲状腺手术1～32年的患者,用甲状腺功能放射免疫分析等检查就其病情演变及术前诊断的准确性作了回顾性分析。推荐甲状腺手术前应采用FT_3、[FT_4、sTSH、TGA、TMA联检,并强调在桥本氏病的术前诊断中TGA和TMA是十分有用的试验。

Retrospective analysis was done in 40 post-thyroidectomy patients(1-32years after operation)on the present data of thyroid fnnction RIA (T3,T4,TSH,TGA, TMA)as related to the course of disease and diagnosric accuracy. A program of preoperative thyroid function RIA (FT3, FT4, sTSH, TGA, TMA) was presented in order to improve the diagnostic accaracy with special emphasis on the usefulness of TGA and TMA tests in pre-operative diagnosis of Hashimoto disease.
