人力资本及其结构对经济增长的促进作用

The Influences of Human Capital and Human Capital Inequality on Economics Development

文章从人力资本和人力资本结构两个角度引入,用定量方法检验了二者对经济增长的影响,显示出了人力资本及其结构对经济增长的作用。进而分析了二者之间的互相促进作用,指出人力资本结构越合理,它对经济增长的贡献就越大。只有给予人力资本和人力资本结构相同的重视程度,才能使它们最大化的促进经济增长。

Using econometric model, this paper proves both the human capital and human capital inequality have influences on economics development. And than, we point out human capital and human capital inequality have influence with each other. At last, we get the conclusion that only give both factor equivalent recognition can maximally accelerate economic growth.
