广西—东盟物流体系需建立在物流基础设施、服务网络和具体物流实践活动上,在物流发展框架内,辅以电子商务规则。文章从政策导向、管理方式和各方合作等方面入手,论述了广西-东盟区域物流体系赖以存在的基础以及可采用的运行模式。

The commodity transfer system within the area of China-ASEAN requires proper infrastructure, serving network and certain commodity transfer activity as well as regulation of elect-business.This article makes a study on what kind of policy, management and cooperation we should take in order to establish proper system and form of commodity transfer within the area of China-ASEAN.
