摘要
实施利率市场化给银行带来一定的风险:逆向选择风险、道德风险、利率敏感性缺口风险、流动性风险以及选择权风险。对此,应当改革自身的管理模式和优化银行治理结构;对存贷款利率进行某种程度的控制;借鉴西方先进利率风险识别和管理技术,开发金融衍生产品;发展中间业务;增强银行核心竞争力。
Adventures will be brought to banks in carrying out interest rate marketing:the opposite selecting adventure, virtue adventure, the lacking adventure of sensitive rate, fluidity adventure and selecting right adventure. Therefore, the management style should be informed and the bank's managing structure optimized. The interest rate in depositing and loaning should be controlled to some extent. And we should apply the western advanced adventure identifying and management techniques to develop financial product, to promote middle service and to strengthen the competition power of the core of bank.
