摘要
阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池在运输过程中是否发生漏液现象对确保运输安全至关重要。根据《国际海运危险货物规则》对蓄电池的特殊要求,实验室制定了包括振动试验、压差试验、高温试验等三项试验在内的检测方法和判定要求,并据此对400多批阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池进行了检测。通过对不合格产品检测结果的统计和分析,研究了导致该类蓄电池在试验过程中发生漏液的诸多原因。指出通过控制注酸量和极群群压,可以较好解决该类蓄电池在运输过程中的漏液问题。
Whether leakage occurs or not during transportation is important to ensure safety of transportation for VRLA battery. Based on the special request of IMDG CODE for battery, test methods and evaluation requests have been established, including the tests of vibration, pressure and high temperature. More than 400 VRLA battery samples have been tested. By statistics and analysis of the test result of unqualified products, the reasons of leakage in testing were researched. Controlling the mass of acid and the pressure of plates may solve the problem of leakage.
