摘要 目的探讨慢性间歇性饥饿对大鼠空间学习记忆、被动回避反应能力的影响。方法SD雄性大鼠,随机分为正常对照组和模型组,模型组采取饥饿2 d,恢复喂食3 d的方法喂食,正常喂水,喂养60 d,通过Morris水迷宫检测大鼠空间学习记忆能力,电跳台实验检测大鼠的被动回避反应能力。结果Morris水迷宫实验的第2天及第3天,模型组大鼠的潜伏期明显长于对照组(P<0.05),在电跳台实验的第1天,模型组大鼠的学习成绩也明显差于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性间歇性饥饿可导致大鼠早期学习记忆能力下降。 Objective To explore the effect of chronic intermittent starvation treatment on learning and memory in rats. Methods SD rats were divided into control group and model group randomly.Model group rats were treated by food which was not given for up to 2 days, then re.fed for 3 days. 60 days later, the ability of learning and memory of rats was examined by Morris water maze and step down test. Results The average lantency of model groups were significantly longer than control group on the 2ha and 3rd day of Morris water maze training.The average lantency of model groups was significantly longer than control group, and error times were more than control group on the 1^st day of step down test (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Chronic intermittent starvation treatment can induce learning and memory impairment in the early period.
