摘要
在解读伊朗能源优势和外交走向的基础上,分析了各大国在伊朗的能源博弈及其对中国的影响。提出相应对策:中国应加大对伊朗核问题的影响力,避免零和博弈;加强与俄罗斯、欧盟和印度的合作,牵制美伊军事冲突;协调中日、中印能源竞争,以合作代替冲突,谋求共赢等。
Based on the analysis on the energy advantages and diplomatic trend of Iran, this paper analyzes the game of various great powers in Iran＇ s energy and the influence on China, propeses that China strengthen its influence on Iran＇s nuclear crisis to avoid zero-sum game, strengthen the cooperation with Russia, the EU and India to pin down military confrontation between the USA and Iran, moderate the energy competition with Japan and India to seek for win-win development.
