摘要
全面分析FDI对我国劳动力就业的数量、三大产业、三大地区及质量贡献的基础上,运用柯布-道格拉斯函数,就1984-2003年FDI对我国就业总量及三大产业就业贡献进行了计量分析。分析结果表明,FDI对第一产业就业贡献不显著,对第二、第三产业存在明显正的贡献,综合来看FDI对我国总体就业贡献并不显著。我国在利用FDI时应当注意其关联产业的发展,以提高间接就业贡献;同时需要注意引导FDI合理地投资于不同的产业、地区以促进就业的有效增长。
On the basis of thoroughly analyzing the contribution of FDI to the employment number of labor forces, three industries, three regions and quality, this paper carries out quantitative analysis on the contribution of FDI from 1984 to 2003 to the total number of employment and the three industries. The results show that FDI＇s contribution to the employment of first industry is not significant while its contribution to second and tertiary industry is obviously positive. So generally, FDI＂s contribution to the overall employment in China is not significant. China must pay attention to the development of the related industries when applying FDI to improve contribution to indirect employment and in the meantime, pay attention to the guidance of FDI to invest reasonably in different industries and regions so as to improve the effective growth of employment.
