摘要
近些年来,由于房地产开发势头猛涨,以及调整房地产开发经营市场法律本身的滞后,房地产开发经营市场中出现了许多不规范的现象,房地产开发商与业主(购房者)的矛盾也日益突出。针对房地产开发经营市场中存在的一些较为普遍、典型的问题和出现的新情况进行了研究。
In recent years, many non-standardized phenomena have appeared in the development and operation of real estate market because of the rocketing development of real estate and the related laws lagging behind, which causes the conflicts between real estate developers and buyers to be more and more prominent. This paper studies the general and typical problems in the development and operation of real estate market and some new situations.
