东北紫杉茎皮中（±）儿茶精的分离和鉴定

ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF(±)CATECHIN FROM THE DRIED STEM BARK OF TAXUS CUSPIDATA SIEB ET ZUCC

从东北紫杉（ＴａｘｕｓｃｕｓｐｉｄａｔａＳｉｅｂｅｔＺｕｃｃ）的干燥茎皮中分得三个结晶化合物。经理化性质、波谱分析分别鉴定为（±）儿茶精（１）、β—谷甾醇（２）、胡萝卜甙（３），其中（±）儿茶精系首次从该属植物中得到。

Three compounds were isolated from the dried stem of Taxus cuspida-ta Sieb et Zucc.On the basis of their physical and chemical properties,and spetraanalysls,they were identified as(±)catechin(1),β-fitosterol(2) and daucosterol (3)respectively.Among them,(1) and(3) are the compounds first isolated from thisSpecles.
