摘要
本文通过分析河北省民营企业在人才资源开发和利用过程中存在的问题,在调查研究的基础上,提出今后河北省民营企业人才利用机制创新的条件和措施,以使之与不断完善的社会主义市场经济体制及河北经济社会发展战略相配套。
This paper analyzes the problems in the employment and development of talented people in privately - owned businesses of Hebei Province, and on the basis of investigation and studies, comes up with the conditions and measures of creating mechanism in the employment of talented people in order to match with the improving socialist market system and Hebei's social development.
