摘要
20世纪80年代以来,美国无家可归者人数稳定增加。本文定义了无家可归者,以具体实例介绍无家可归者的调查方法,分析无家可归原因,并提出了无家可归问题解决的途径。
The number of homeless people in America has increased steadily since 1980. In this article, homelessness is described according to the following order. First,homelessness is defined ,which is not an easy task,because a great variety of definitions exist among the studies. Second,methods for surveying the homeless are introduced. Third,causes of the homeless are analysed ,including individual factors and social factors,such as disability and shortage of affordable housing. Finally,in order to decline risk of the homeless,means to deal with the homeless are presented,forexample,providing people with adequate employment opportunities,increasing per capital income and so on.
