家庭养老服务网VS机构养老——一种选择机制上的融合

The Service Net of Supporting The Aged at Home VS Family Security for Elderly——amalgamation of selecting mechanism

目前,中国是世界上老年人口最多的国家,人口老龄化速度之快,基数之大,高龄人口之多都是前所未有的,中国目前的养老形势严峻,国家各个方面都在积极应对,探索有效的养老模式。如南京市鼓楼区自2003年底实施的“居家养老服务网”,已被证明有其存在的积极意义和推广价值。然而在强调这种“社会养老家庭化服务”的模式同时,笔者认为我们更应该探索多渠道的养老模式,从而适应多样化的养老需求。

The old people occupy a large number of the population in China at present, h has never been that before that the aged become more and more in the society and the number of which becomes bigger and bigger. Therefore, the situation becomes austere. Departments of the government are coping with the problem actively and searching for effectual mode to support old people. For example, a service net of supporting the aged at home has been carried out in Gulou district of Nanjing since 2003. It has been proved having active significance and which is worthwhile to popularize. However, while emphasizing the mode of supporting the aged at home, the writer points out that more explorations should be taken in order to meet the diversiforrn demands of supporting the aged and which will be the mainstream instead of the traditional mode.
