摘要
目的研究百合多糖对羟自由基的清除作用。方法以Fenton反应产生羟自由基,用邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化比色法测定百合多糖对羟自由基的清除率。结果百合多糖抑制羟自由基(.OH)50%所对应的质量浓度IC50是1.04mg.mL-1,对照品苯甲酸钠的IC50是3.95 mg.mL-1。结论百合多糖具有较强的清除羟自由基的能力。
Objective To study the clearing of hydroxyl free base with lily polysaccharide. Method Produced hydroxyl free base with Fenton reaction, and examined clearing rate of hydroxyl free base with lily polysaccharide by orthro - phenanthrocine - Fe2 plus oxidizing colorimetric method. Results The quality concentration IC 50 was 1.04mg/ml for lily polysaccharide to inhibit hydroxyl free base (·OH)50%, while the control product sodium benzoate IC 50 was 3.95mg/ml. Conclusion Lily polysaccharide was quite good in clearing hydroxyl free base.
