摘要
目的筛选长春七总香豆素的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验设计L9(34)考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数4个因素对提取工艺的影响,以蛇床子素为对照品,用UV-1102型紫外-可见分光光度计测定总香豆素含量。结果长春七中总香豆素含量的最佳提取工艺为D3A3B2C1即:55%乙醇,5倍药材量乙醇体积,提取3次,每次1 h。结论本方法工艺合理,可为工业化大生产提供参考。
Objective To select the maximal technology of extracting total cumarin from Radix Sesali. Method According to orthogonsl test design L9( 3^4 ), observed effect on the technology of the four following factors - ethanol concentration, ethanol content, extracting time and number of extracting times. Then with substance of Fructus Cniidii as control product, determined content of total cumarin using UV- 1102 ultraviolet - visible spectrophotometer. Result The best technology is D3A3B2C1, that is, 55% ethanol, ethanol volume of five times the raw drags, three times of extracting, and 1 hour a time. Conclusion the technology is rational as to be referential for industrialized production.
