氨基磺酸催化合成异丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛 被引量:1

Synthesis of Isobutyraldehyde 1,2-propanediol Acetal with Aminosulfonic Acid as Catalyst

摘要 以氨基磺酸为催化剂,对以异丁醛和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成异丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛进行了研究。较系统地研究了醛醇摩尔比,催化剂用量,反应时间,带水剂诸因素对收率的影响,结果表明:氨基磺酸是合成异丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的良好催化剂,最佳反应条件为:异丁醛为0.2 mol,n(异丁醛)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.5,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的6.8%,带水剂环己烷15 ml,反应时间60 min。上述条件下,异丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达71.15%。 Isobutyraldehyde 1,2 - propanediol acetal ( Ⅰ )was synthesized from isobutyraldehyde ( Ⅱ) and 1,2 - propanediol( Ⅲ) in the presence of aminosulfonic acid ( Ⅳ ) as catalyst. The effects of molar ratio of aldehyde to alcohol, amount of catalyst, reaction time and water carrying agent on product yield were studied. The result showed that( Ⅳ )was an excellent catalyst. The optimum reaction conditions were as follow: isdmtyraldehyde was 0.2mol, the molar ratio of n (Ⅱ ) : n ( Ⅲ) = 1 : 1.5, the amount of catalyst was as 6.8% as the reactants, the water carrying agent was 15ml, and the reaction time was 60 mins. Under these conditions,the yield of(I)could reach 71.15%.
