11893例血液流变学测试分析

ANALYSIS OF DETERMINED BLOOD RHEOLOGICAL DATA IN 11893 CASES

报告了１１８９３例血液流变学测试结果，异常者５０３１例，异常率４２．３％；其中全血粘度增高占异常病例的６１．２２％，全血还原粘度增高占５９．９％，血浆粘度增高占１７％，血沉方程Ｋ值增高占２０％，血沉增快占１８．６％，血球压积异常仅占０．４％。同时还分析了血液流变学测试结果与性别、年龄以及临床疾病的关系。

The determined blood rheological data were analysed in 11893cases.Among them,5031 cases were found to be abnormal, with a abnormal rate of 43.3percent.Of the 5031 cases,61.22 percent were whole blood hyperviscosity,59.9percent were whole blood reducing hyperviscoSity,17 percent were plasmahypervi scosity,20 percent were increaSed equational k value of blood sedimentation,18.6 percent were greatly raised ESR,but only 0.4 percent were abnormal inhematocrit.The relationships of the determined blood rheological data with sex,age anddiseases were also discussed.
