华蟾素联合羟基喜树碱治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效

The short-term therapeutic effect of cinobufacini combined with hydroxycamptothecin for advanced stomach cancer

目的观察华蟾素联合羟基喜树碱治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效。方法将60例晚期胃癌患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例,采用华蟾素注射液20ml+0.9%氯化钠250ml,1次/d静脉滴注,同时羟基喜树碱5mg+0.9%氯化钠100ml,周一至周五静脉滴注;对照组30例,采用羟基喜树碱5mg+0.9%氯化钠100ml,周一至周五静脉滴注。两组均用3周。结果两组近期疗效及不良反应无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗组疼痛缓解率为83.3%、生活质量评分增加18.6分;对照组疼痛缓解率为43.3%、生活质量评分增加9.3分,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论华蟾素联合羟基喜树碱治疗晚期胃癌能明显缓解疼痛,改善生活质量,是一种安全有效的姑息治疗方法。

Objective To observe the short-term therapentic effect of cinobufacini combined with hydroxycamptothecin for the advanced stomach cancer.Method 60 patient were divided into two groups： 30 of therapy group used cinobufacini 20ml＋0.9% sodium chloride 250ml, 1 time/d, at the same time 5mg of hydroxycamptothecin＋0.9% sodium chloride 100ml was used from Monday to Friday;30 of control group used hydroxycamptothecin 5mg＋0.9% sodium chloride 100ml, from Monday to Friday.Treatment course in the two groups was 3 weeks totaUy.Results Both groups had no statistics difference in curative effect and adverse reaction （P〉0.05）.For the easement rate ot pare, merapy group increased to 83.%,score of quality of life increase 18.6 cent;The rates of control group,easement of pain increased to 43.3%,score of quality of life increased 9.3;in two groups there was significant statistics difference （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Cinobufacini combined with hydroxycamptothecin for the advanced stomach cancer can alleviate pain obviously,improve quality of life,thus it is a kind of safe valid appeasement treatment method.
