犬乳恒牙替换期利钠利尿肽的表达

Expression of CNP in osteoclast-like cell cultured in vitro

目的观察不同发育阶段的犬牙槽骨破骨细胞中C型利钠利尿肽(CNP)的表达情况,探讨其是否参与破骨细胞的分化过程。方法制作犬乳恒牙替换期牙槽骨组织切片,采用免疫组化检测破骨细胞中CNP的表达情况。结果可见破骨细胞中CNP有阳性表达,在不同发育阶段CNP表达强弱不同。结论CNP可能参与了破骨样细胞的发育、分化及成熟的过程。

Objective To observe the expression of C-type natriuretic peptide （CNP） in osteoclast in deciduous teeth roots,periodontal ligament, alveolar bone and permanent teeth germs under three states of the dogs＇ teeth while osteoclast play key rele.Methods By immunohistochemical experiment on different period of dog＇s alveolar bones to find if CNP were expressed in osteoclasts.Results CNP positive signal were observed in osteoelasts.Conclusion CNP maybe involved in the differentiation and formation of osteoclasts.
