Application of Biorthogonal Wavelet Transform in Image Fusion

摘要 阐述了多传感器图像融合技术的原理和融合方法。利用小波分解的多分辨率特性和方向性,建立了一种新的基于小波多尺度分解的分层图像融合方法,提出了新的融合规则和融合算子。实验表明基于小波变换的图像融合方法是有效的,该方法的融合效果优于其他的图像融合方法,融合后的图像质量得到了较大提高。 Principle and methods about multi-sensor image fusion technology have been studied. Based on the characteristics of multi-resolution and direction of wavelet analyzing, a novel layered image fusion method on the wavelet multi-scale analyzing has established, and the new fusion ruler and fusion operator also have been provided. Experimental results show that this method is more effective than the others. After treated on this method, the image quality has been apparently improved.
