从副产焦油中回收TDI装置的稳定运行

摘要 针对焦油处理装置在TDI焦油回收运行中存在的气液固三相处理装置跳车、进料管堵塞、气相管堵塞等问题,进行了相应的技术改造:取消进料压降主要集中的FV01控制阀,将闪蒸阀换为可远传控制的调节阀;延缓开停车时间,保证连续稳定进料;控制系统真空度2.5kPa(A) ̄3.0kPa(A);加强对设备的保养和维护。改造后,提高了焦油回收装置的运转周期,降低了生产能耗。 Technical revamping has been carried out to overcome such problems as plant tripping, blockage of the feed pipe or gaseous pipe, etc. for the 3-phase (gaseous, liquid and solid phases) treatment section of the tar processing unit in the TDI tar recovery plant. The FV01 control valve that suffer most of the feeding pressure drop has been deleted and the flash valve has been replaced by a remote controlled regulating valve, furthermore, the start up and shutdown time has been prolonged, so that continuous and stable feeding can be ensured. The vacuum of the control system is 2.5kPa (A)- 3.0kPa (A), and the equipment maintenance is also strengthened. After such revamping, the operation cycle of the tar recovery unit has been improved and the energy consumption decreased.
