Effects of Rehmannia glutinosa polysaccharide on immune function of mice

摘要 目的:研究地黄多糖(RGPS)对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:以200、400、800 mg/(kg.d)剂量灌胃给药10 d,观察RGPS对小鼠胸腺指数、脾指数、吞噬指数、外周血CD4+和CD8+细胞的影响,采用体外给药的方法观察其对脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性的影响。结果:在一定的剂量范围内,RGPS可显著提高小鼠的脾指数,增强单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,提高CD8+细胞的比例,但对CD4+细胞无明显影响。体外实验表明,一定浓度的RGPS可明显促进T淋巴细胞增殖,增强腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬活性。结论:地黄多糖可增强小鼠的非特异性免疫功能和细胞免疫功能。 Objective:To investigate the effects of Rehmannia glutinosa polysaccharide (RGPS) on immune function of mice. Methods: RGPS was ig. administered for 10 days at three doses of 200, 400, 800 mg/(kg · d) to observe its effects on the thymus index, spleen index, phagocytosis index, and peripheral CD4^ + and CD8 ^+ cells. At the same time, in vitro tests were used to evaluate its effects on the lymphocyte proliferation and phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages. Results: With in certain dosage range, RGPS significantly increased the spleen index, strengthened the phagocytic function of mono-macrophage and elevated the percentage of CD8^ + cells, but did not obviously influence the CD4^ + cells. The in vitro tests indicated that RGPS at certain concentrations distinctly.improved the lymphocyte proliferation and phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages. Conclusion: RGPS enhances the non-specific immunity and cellular immunity of mice.
