摘要
目的:实现生物芯片杂交样点的自动识别,为芯片数据的处理分析提供可靠的保证。方法:基于可变模板技术,在构造表征样点的可变模板和定义合适的能量函数的基础上,采用遗传算法进行优化搜索。结果和结论:提出了一种新的生物芯片样点识别算法,该算法能准确识别杂交样点,收敛速度快,稳健性能好,为进一步处理芯片数据奠定了基础。
Objective: To achieve the automatic identification of microarray spots, and provide reliable guarantee for microarray data analysis. Methods: A deformable template model was constructed and its energy function was defined. Genetic algorithm was employed to search the optimal solution of the energy function based on deformable template technique. Results and conclusion:The deformable template can match spots efficiently and accurately, which lays the foundation for microarray data analysis.
