摘要 目的:探讨中国人群中HLA-DR/DQ基因连锁不平衡的分布规律,提高HLA配型结果的准确性。方法:用PCR-SSP分型方法对HLA-DR和DQ基因座位进行基因分型,对中国人群中拟接受肾移植患者HLA型别中HLA-DR和HLA-DQ基因的连锁不平衡进行了研究。结果:在830例受检者中发现了12例新的连锁组合。结论:该研究不但丰富了经典HLA-DR/DQ连锁组合,而且指出了该种组合分布的民族相关性,对提高HLA配型实验的准确性和减少无谓的重复劳动具有重要意义。 Objective :To explore the HLA-DR/DQ linkage disequilibrium in Chinese people and improve the accuracy of HLA typing. Methods: All together 830 Chinese patients who would be given kidney transplantation were analyzed by PCR-SSP method for HLA typing to study the HLA-DR/DQ linkage disequilibrium. Results: Twelve cases with new linkage disequilibrium were found among all the patients. Conclusion:The original HLA-DR/DQ linkage map is enriched by this research and the racial characteristics with respect to this linkage disequilibrium are pointed out. This research is helpful to assuring the accuracy of HLA typing and decreasing the meaningless repeat of the HLA typing experiment.
