摘要
目的研究低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)组织中的表达情况及二者的相关性,探讨HIF-1α及VEGF在NHL发病机制中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测36例NHL组织及9例淋巴结反应性增生组织中HIF-1α和VEGF的表达情况,并分析HIF-1α和VEGF表达的相关性。结果HIF-1α在中-高度恶性NHL组、低度恶性NHL组和反应性增生淋巴结中的表达分别为0.291±0.082、0.154±0.045、0.046±0.018,各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。VEGF在三组中的表达分别为0.193±0.063、0.152±0.031、0.096±0.034,各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HIF-1α和VEGF在NHL组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.562,P<0.01)。结论NHL组织中存在HIF-1α和VEGF高表达情况;HIF-1α→VEGF途径可能参与NHL的发病机制。
Objective To study the expressions of hypoxia-inducible factor let (HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma (NHL) and the correlation between them as well as their role in the pathogenesis of NHL. Methods Streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) immunohistoehemical method was performed to detect the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in 36 cases of NHL tissue and 9 cases of reactive hyperplasia of lymph nodes. The correlation between HIF-1α and VEGF was analyzed. Results The expression of HIF-1α in NHL patients with intermediate or high grade, low grade and lymph nodes of reactive hyperplasia was 0.291 ± 0.082,0. 154 ± 0. 045,0. 046 ± 0.018, respectively ,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of VEGF in NHL patients with intermediate or high grade,low grade and lymph nodes of reactive hyperplasia was 0. 193 ±0. 063,0. 152 ± 0. 031,0. 096 ± 0.034, respectively, the difference was statistically significant, too ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression between HIF-1α and VEGF in NHL was significantly correlated( r = 0. 562, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion There are high expressions of HIF-1α and VEGF in NHL tissue. The pathway HIF-1α→VEGF may play a role in the pathogenesis of NHL.
