摘要
探讨了发泡镍作为高倍率Li/SOCl2电池正极集流体的应用工艺。通过测试发泡镍的模拟电池和实验电池,发现ER1607055实验电池的10 A放电容量是传统电极电池的2.53倍。使用发泡镍可降低电极的极化,改善电池的大电流放电性能。
The technology of the foamed nickel served as the positive current collector for Li/SOCl2 battery of high rate discharge was discussed. By testing the simulation battery and experimental battery using foamed nickel, it was found that the capacity of ER1607055 experimental battery discharged at 10 A was 2.53 times than that of the tradition electrode battery. The polarization of electrode decreased and the heavy load discharge performance of battery were improved by using foamed nickel.
