凸轮分度机构是实现间歇分度运转的机构,具有分度精度高、高速性能好、运转平稳、传递扭矩大、结构紧凑及寿命长的特点。介绍了凸轮分度机构的原理、结构以及在R20打芯机中的应用实例。
Cam divided measurement mechanism was a pattern realizing intermittent operation, with the characteristics of high precision, fast speed, smooth running, great driver torque, compact structure and long life. The principle and structure of cam divided measurement mechanism as well as application example of R20 bobbin making machine were introduced.
