摘要
采用蔗糖作为微生物降解的单一基质,利用呼吸速率测定仪研究了不同污泥浓度下污泥的比外源呼吸速率与污泥基质负荷的关系,结果表明,对于不同的污泥浓度,污泥基质负荷和比外源呼吸速率的关系曲线具有很好的吻合性,该曲线可用经典的米-门方程表示,求得最大比外源呼吸速率(rmax)为35.043 7 mg/(g.h),饱和常数(KF)为1.006 1.测得活性污泥比内源呼吸速率约为8.4 mg/(g.h).
Taking the sucrose as the single substrate, the relation of the specific exogenous respiration rate and substrate-loading of activated sludge in different concentrations were investigated using a respirometry. The results show that the relation curves of the specific exogenous respiration rate and substrate-loading of activated sludge in different concentrations are quite similar, and the curves can be expressed with Michaelis-Menten equation. The maximum specific exogenous respiration rate of 35.0437 mg/(g · h)and the saturation constant of 1.0061 are achieved. Besides, the specific endogenous respiration rate of 8.4 mg/(g·h) is measured.
