摘要
基于系统论的观点,阐述了协调与协调度的概念和内涵.鉴于复合系统组成要素的非平稳性特点,提出了利用协整分析技术判定复合系统要素或子系统间的长期均衡关系.在此基础上,运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法和模糊数学的隶属度概念,建立了复合系统协调度评价模型.应用该模型,对中国1990—2003年高等教育与经济复合系统的协调度进行了实证分析.结果表明:该复合系统状态协调度变动大,动态协调度在0.5附近摆动,复合系统发展处于基本协调与基本不协调之间.
The concept and connotation of coordination and coordinating degree were expounded based on systems theory. The method of using co-integration analysis technical to judge a long-period equilibrium relation between subsystems or essential factors of composite system was proposed in view of the non-stability of composite system componnents. On the basis of this, using the method of data envelopment analysis(DEA) and the idea of membership degree of fuzzy mathematics, the evaluation model of composite system was proposed. By taking composite system of higher education and economic development from 1990 to 2003 in China as a case, an empirical analysis of coordinating degree was researched using the model. The results show that the state coordinating degree of composite system has undergone a great change, the dynamic coordinating degree swings nearby 0.5 and the development of composite system is between basic coordination and basic un-coordination.
