摘要
目的探讨阿司匹林在病理情况下抑制一氧化氮合成酶抑制剂(L-NAME)引起的血小板在病变部位的附着和聚集。方法用国际通用的ChamberSuperfusion方法,将离体去动脉内膜的动脉片,用不同组别的活体动物(小型猪)动脉血灌注,然后根据动脉片放射强度计算出血小板沉积数目,并比较对照组、L-NAME组和L-NAME加阿司匹林组之间的差别。结果低切状态和高切状态下,L-NAME组的血小板沉积数为(36.9±4.9)×106/cm2与(73.7±10.9)×106/cm2明显高于对照组的(18.1±2.8)×106/cm2与(41.8±4.8)×106/cm2。L-NAME加阿司匹林组为(17.9±1.8)×106/cm2与(45.9±4.9)×106/cm2与L-NAME组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论阿司匹林可抑制病理情况下L-NAME引起的血小板功能增强,使血小板在病变部位的附着和聚集减少。
Objective To find wether aspirin inhibit increased adhesion and aggregation of platelet caused by L- NAME. Methods Injured arterial medial layer were exposed to flowing blood in superfusion chamber under three diffirent conditions. After the superfusion, the radio - activity on the arterial medial layer was meassured by r- couter to calculate the platelet deposition. Results Under flow condition of both low shear rate and high shear rate, the platelet deposition in group L - NAME was evidently higher than that in control group, The difference was significant, The platelet deposition in L - NAME + aspirin group was much lower than that in L - NAME groupe, the difference is significant, Conclusion Enhanced platelet reactivity indued by L-NAME could be inhibit by aspirin.
