摘要
肾素血管紧张素醛固酮系统(RAAS)参与糖尿病及其血管并发症的整个过程,此外糖尿病、高血压、动脉粥样硬化又激活RAAS,形成一个血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)的恶性循环。血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)和血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断剂(ARBs)两类药物可以阻断RAAS,在治疗糖尿病合并高血压、肾病、冠脉疾病、心力衰竭等方面有着重要的作用。
Rennin - angiotensin - aldosterone system （RAAS） play an important role in the progress of diabetes mellitus and vaso- complication. Moreover, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, artherosclerosis can activate RAAS, which forms an infernal circle of angiotension Ⅱ （Ang Ⅱ ）. Angiotensin - converting enzyme inhibitor and angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers can block RAAS so that they have an effect on diabetes mellitus incorporating hypertension, nephropathy, coronary artery disease, heart failure and etc.
