摘要
在并购完成即法权关系重组完成之后,文化整合的问题经常会被技术方面的问题所遮蔽。文化整合的载体在于内隐知识的扩散,而借助的途径是共同叙述的构建,其过程同时就是企业的社会化过程。这一点关系到并购企业管理战略的制定,关系到企业并购的最终成败。
When a merger is finished,which means the reformation of law relations was accomplished, problems of culture integration are often overshadowed by technical concerns. The spreading of tacit knowledge is the foundation of culture merger, end the construction of common knowledge is the approach of culture. At the same time, the process is also a process of socialization end determines the success of a merger.
