不同海拔条件下竹节参中人参皂苷含量的比较 被引量:11

摘要 目的比较高海拔和低海拔栽培竹节参中人参皂苷的含量。方法以人参皂苷Rg1、Re为对照品对不同海拔栽培的竹节参进行TIE鉴别;参照人参的含量测定以人参皂苷Rg1、Re为对照品进行定量分析。结果在选定的薄层条件下,对照品与供试品的薄层图谱清晰,分离度好;在选定的HPLC色谱条件下,对照品在0.48-2.40μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,回归方程为:Y=336182x-30241 r=0.9998。结论高海拔与低海拔栽培的竹节参的主要皂苷类成分基本相似。高海拔竹节参根茎中人参皂苷Rg1、Re的含量略高于低海拔茎,但根中人参皂苷Rg1、Re的含量则基本相近。 Objective To determine Ginsenoside in Rhizoma panacis Japonnici trom lower altitude and higher altitude areas. Methods As control by Ginsenoside Rg1 and Re, To distinguish Rhizoma panacis Japonnici from lower altitude and higher altitude areas with TLC;To mensurate the content of Ginsenoside in Rhizoma panacis Japonnici with the control by Panax. Result: On the condition of Thin - Layer, Rhizoma panacis Japonnici group and control group were good thin -layer graph, The calibration curves of Ginsenoside in Rhizoma panacis Japonnici were good linearity over the range of 0.96 to 4.80 μg with HPLC,The regressive equation is Y =61759X +21963,r = 0. 9995. Conclusion The basic compoment of Ginsenoside was similitude in Rhizoma panacis Japonnici from lower altitude and higher altitude areas, the content of Ginsenoside Rg1 and Re in stem from high altitude areas were slightly higher, but were similitude in root.
