乙二醛交联处理改性大青杨木材的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用乙二醛为交联剂、乙二醇为助剂处理大青杨木材.结果表明,处理材尺寸稳定性和部分力学性能显著提高,当交联处理条件为φ(乙二醛)=15%,n(乙二醇)∶n(乙二醛)=1∶8时,处理材的抗胀(缩)率(ASE)达68.8%,阻湿率(MEE)达41%,顺纹抗压强度提高17.5%,抗弯弹性模量(MOE)提高31.5%,硬度提高50%以上,可以拓宽大青杨的使用范围. The Populus ussuriensis Wood was modified by glyoxal and glycol cross-linking reagents. That was increased of wood dimensional stability and strength properties. When the modified tests were φ(glyoxal) = 15%, n (glycol) : n (glyoxal) = 1 : 8, modified wood' s anti-shrink efficiency ( ASE ) was 68.8%, its moisture excluding efficiency (MEE) was 41%. The compression strength increased by 17.5%, bending elastic modulus(MOE) by 31.5%, and hardness by 50%. The treated wood was as strong as some good hardwood.
