摘要
500只1日龄爱维因肉鸡随机分为五组:分别饲喂添加了不同浓度的大豆生物活性肽(三组)、抗生素和不含大豆生物活性肽的日粮,在28、49日龄取材,采用HE染色方法和免疫组织化学方法检测肉鸡十二指肠、空肠、盲肠扁桃体的上皮内淋巴细胞(IntraepithelialLymphocyte,IEL)和IgA+生成细胞数量,观察大豆生物活性肽对肉鸡肠道黏膜免疫细胞的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加80g/kg~120g/kg大豆生物活性肽能够调解肉鸡的肠道黏膜免疫。
500 One-day-old broilers were randomly assigned to five groups: fed with basal diet supplemented with 80 g/kg soybean bioactive peptide, 120 g/kg soybean bioactive peptide, 200 g/kg soybean bioactive peptide, antibiotic, without soybean bioactive peptide respectively. At 28 and 49 day old, observation of the effect of soybean peptide on Intraepithelial Lymphocyte (IEL) and IgA+ forming cells of broiler duodenum, jejunum and cecum by application of H&E and immunohistochemistry staining. Results suggested 80 g/kg ~120 g/kg soybean bioactive peptide could modulated intestinal mucous immunity of broiler.
