摘要
本文根据116例梗阻性黄疽的CT图像分析了右肝管肝内水平段的分布位置。指出经皮肝穿刺胆道造影与引流术(PTCD)术前借助CT片定位将提高穿刺的命中率。
The CT images of 116 cases with obstructive jaundice had been studied, and the positions of the introhepatic horizontal segments of the right hepatic ducts had been analysed. We suggested that it would make PTCD more precise and more successful to locate the puncture site guided by CT image.
