摘要
目的为进一步提高艾滋病/性病(AIDS/STD)咨询热线的咨询效果,促进咨询工作健康有序地开展。方法分析中国疾病预防控制中心健康教育所2005年AIDS/STD咨询热线的人工电话记录。结果2381人次求询者中,89.7%为男性,83.0%年龄在20-39岁之间,70.2%居住在外省市,72.4%具有大学及以上学历。求询者的最79.4%的信息来源于网络,自述曾发生过高危行为的1437人次中40.7%为嫖娼。求询内容以检测、传播途径、心理诉求和症状体征为主,心理问题以恐惧、焦虑和强迫为多见。结论应针对求询者相对稳定的特点开展咨询。
Objective To explore telephone records of AIDS counseling hotline sponsored by the National Health Education Institute of China Center, for Disease Control and Prevention, in order to provide information for future AIDS hotline service and health education activities. Methods The manual telephone records of the hotline in 2005 were analyzed. Results Among all the 2 381 clients, 89.7 % were male, 83.0 % were aged from 20 to 39 years, 70.2 % were residents conding from other provinces, 72.4 % had bachelor or higher degree. The main source of AIDS related knowledge was network (79.4 % ). The dominating information which the chients asked for was contents of medical examination, routes of transmission, psychological problems and symptoms, 1 437 clients reported to have high risk sex behaviors and 40.7 % of them admitted engagement with prostitution. The major psychological problems were phobia, anxiety and compulsion. Conclusion Efficient counseling should be proviede according to the requests of the clients.
