少见肝脏恶性肿瘤(附4例CT分析)

Rare Maglinant Neoplasms of Liver (CT Analysis of 4 Cases)

原发性肝脏恶性肿瘤中,最多见为肝细胞癌,其他肝癌亚型及肝肉瘤均属罕少见肿瘤。本文报道4例,其中3例肝母细胞瘤和1例原发性肝淋巴瘤。作者结合本文病例与文献,着重对这两种疾病的CT表现进行了探讨。

Hepatocellular carcinoma was the most common tumor in primary malignant neoplasms of the liver, and other subtypes of hepatocarcinoma and sarcoma of the liver all were rare. 4 cases of rare hepatic malignant tumors, (3 cases hepatoblastoma and 1 cases primary lymphoma of the liver), were reported in this paper. Combined with the literatures, the authors discussed the CT features of hepatoblastoma and primary lymphoma of the liver.
