摘要
采用TiCl4/MgCl2-Al(i—Bu)3催化剂合成聚1-丁烯热塑性弹性体,研究了不同单体浓度、催化剂浓度和反应温度下及催化剂陈化后的聚合动力学。结果表明,聚合初期聚合速率与单体浓度和催化剂浓度的一次方成正比,在20-40℃,聚合的表现活化能为14kJ/mol,聚合的速率方程为Rp=kp[Ti][Bt];0℃陈化催化剂的1-丁烯聚合速率较非陈化时快。
The kinetics of polymerization of 1-butene promoted with TiCl4/MgCl2 activated by AI (i- Bu)3 was investigated. The effect of polymerization temperature, catalyst concentration, and 1-butene concentration on polymerization behavior were studied. The result showed that the polymerization rate followed the first order with respect to monomer and catalyst concentration. The polymerization rate equation was Rp = ks [ Ti ] [ Bt ]. The apparent polymerization activation energy was 14 kJ/mol. The polymerization rate of the aged catalyst at 0℃ was higher than that of the unaged catalyst.
