MR Imaging of Cardiovascular Lesions in Marfan Syndrome

分析了17例马凡氏综合征心血管病变的MRI表现,讨论了MRI在评价本征心血管病变中的价值和限度。完全无创伤的MRI可作为马凡氏综合征心血管病变诊断、术前评价和随访的重要检查方法。

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings of cardio-vascular lesions in 17 patients with Marfan syndrome were analysed. The value and limitation of MRI in evaluating cardiovascular lesions in this syndrome were discussed as well. This study indicated that complete noninvasive MRI could be served as important method in diagnosis , preoperative evaluation and follow-up of this syndrome.
