腹膜后囊性畸胎瘤的CT诊断(附五例报告)

CT Diagnosis of Retroperitoneal Cystic Teratoma in Five Cases

笔者报告5例经手术病理证实的腹膜后囊性畸胎瘤的CT表现,指出其CT特点为含有多种密度结构,呈混合性密度,瘤内的脂防、钙化以及类似牙齿和骨胳状组织对肿瘤的定性诊断起重要作用;同时还讨论了腹膜后囊性畸胎瘤与腹膜后的其他囊性病变的鉴别诊断问题。

The authors retrospectively analyzed CT manifestations of 5 cases retroperitoneal cystic teratoma confirmed by operation and pathology. We have found that CT features of teratoma were that the tumor included multiple denseness structure or mixed denseness. The intratumoral fat, calcifications, teeth and bone tissue were very helpful to make an accurate diagnosis. The differential diagnosis were also discussed between cystic teratoma and other cystic masses of the retroperitoneum.
