抗战时期,中国共产党及时调整了自己的外交政策,积极开展对外交往,以崭新的姿态步入世界政治舞台。民间外交作为中共当时对外交往的主要途径,展现了独特的历史特点和战时特点:其发展轨迹一波三折,其工作方向始终瞄准建立和巩固三个统一战线的目标,其分布形式呈现“一体多翼”的局面。

During the Anti-Japanese War , the Communist Party of China （CPC） entered the world political arena with a new image , with adjusting its foreign policies timely and starting its diplomacy actively .Because of its special status and several historical sources, nongovernmental diplomacy had become the main way for CPC to contact with foreign countries, which was characterized by unique historical and war-time features： its trace of development was full of twists and turns; its work aimed to establish and solid the United Front; It was taken in the area by CPC first , and in the area by the Kuomintang and the like second.
